The Mini Clémentine Tulle Skirt is above knee length, 19inches/50cm from the waist down. The waist has a stretchy elastic band that matches the color of the tutu. All our tutus are available in two sizes, small/medium and medium/large. Small/medium fits size 2-8 US medium/large fits sizes 10-14 US.
