3d Printed Titanium Garmin Mount - Hypertech

As part of our long term R&D project into manufacturing parts inhouse with the latest technology 3d laser sintering metal printing process, we have launched a few products as ultra low volume special editions to give you a flavour of what is to come. The inhouse printers are still a way off but these parts are the result of hundreds of prints over the last year as we work on a range of mind blowing products ready for the big launch.

3d metal printing process allows design and manufacture of parts which are not physically possible to manufacture when subtractively machining on a milling machine or lathe. Things like extreme detail, internal structures, hollow parts and extreme geometry are all possible. This opens extreme opportunities for design language to create parts never seen before.

The skeletal design is inspired by high end watch manufacturing to give an etherial aesthetic while maintaining stiffness and strength. Either raw finish or hand anodised to unique finishes which stand out.

Includes 2x G5 6Al4V Titanium forged bolts (M5x15) with DLC rainbow coating 

Steerer loop mount replaces a 5mm spacer and puts your Garmin straight infront so you can keep track of where you're going while you're out on the trails or on epic road rides.

The custom plastic insert is made a tiny bit tighter than standard to firmly grip your computer especially on worn mounts, yet it is designed to break in an impact to limit damage to your computer and bars.
