FABRIC & CARE

FABRIC CONTENTS: 50% Cotton / 50% Polyester

For centuries Cotton has been renowned as being the principal clothing fiber of the world, and its’ production is one of the most influential factors in world prosperity and economic stability. A medium strength natural plant fiber, Cotton is cool, absorbent, and can withstand high temperatures. When fabricated, Cotton releases perspiration quickly, allowing the fabric to “breathe”, thus giving it a premium on comfort and wearability. Because of its’ absorbency, it is easily garment dyed.

The most common fibers used for industrial knitted fabrics are cotton. Our Cotton Blend Knit Jersey Burnout is lightweight, it drapes beautifully on the body, and it has just enough stretch across the grain for added comfort and wearing ease. This quality fabric features a stylish burnout design that provides a soft textured surface with a subtle semi sheer effect, and it is suitable for sewing into many apparel body styles fashioned for women's clothing.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Machine wash warm with like colors, and with mild detergent (do not use bleach, and do not pour fabric softener directly on garment). Tumble dry low. Warm, steam iron.

Our Tindar Ballet Tee was designed using a Cotton Blend Knit Jersey Burnout fabric chosen for long wearing comfort and minimal care. With costume origins from traditional ballet corps in Europe during the early 1800’s, the elegant short tunic design of this silhouette has enjoyed decades of popularity among women of all ages. The refined burnout texture adds a semi sheer and fashionable touch to support the soft hand of the fabric. . Attention is drawn to chic design details and an alluring “floral mandala motif” print (which we call “Tindar”) to help express your personal sense of style.

Our pullover Ballet Tee features a round neckline, ¾ length sleeves, and a fitted drape that sweeps down to a bottom hem that sits at the high hip, all classic elements of this iconic body style. Our gorgeous Tindar knit burnout print offers seductive visual appeal provided by the interplay of dual design artistry embodied in this fabric. The primary design element found here is an overprint which showcases a field of modern day “nature” Floral Mandalas (replete with flowers, foliage and vinery) rendered in an impressionistic style. The secondary element is a subtle burnout design displaying a “paisley motif” pattern serving as a semi-sheer background to the overall complexion of the fabric. This example of superb print artistry wonderfully complements the soft-textured feel of our premium Knit Jersey Burnout fabric.
