Do I need new hoses and clamps when I install this?

Your existing hoses and clamps will fit — they're part of the OEM system. If they're over five years old or show cracks, replacing them during installation is smart preventive maintenance. New hoses aren't required by this radiator, but it's a good opportunity.

What about the coolant — do I need to flush the system first?

Yes. Drain the old coolant completely before installing. Mixing old and new coolant can create sludge that clogs your fresh radiator. Use the same coolant type your vehicle originally called for.

Does this come with a transmission cooler or is it engine coolant only?

Engine coolant cooling only — this is a standard replacement radiator. If your vehicle has an integrated transmission cooler, that function carries over in the factory design.
