Sourced from carefully selected Wagyu cattle, Diamantina Wagyu is raised on natural pastures before being grain finished in Queensland’s renowned Darling Downs region. This specialised feeding program develops the consistent marbling and succulent texture that make Wagyu so highly regarded.

Slice sizes are as follows:  

• Medium ~ 22mm/250g +/- 5%
• Thick ~ 30mm/330g +/- 5%

The MB3 marbling provides a rich, juicy steak experience without overpowering the natural flavour of the beef, making it ideal for grilling, pan-searing or reverse searing.
