This shimmering sequin dress features a dense border design, creating a lustrous effect. Designed with a romantic fluted sleeve featuring a deep gathered frill at the cuff for ethereal styling. The neckline and shoulders are adorned with signature Needle & Thread tulle ruffles. This is one of Needle & Thread's heritage pieces from the archive - A signature timeless piece.
