• Bend upper body at an angle of approximately 45 degrees, support the breast with one hand, and insert the bra cups with the other hand
• Once you are satisfied with the bra position and angle, gently press the adhesive sides to the body
• This garment should only be worn for 4-6 hours
• To remove, slowly and carefully remove one side and then the other
• Do NOT remove quickly or it may irritate the skin
• If any adhesive remains on the skin, wet the affected area and apply a small amount of soap to help wipe it away
