You can reuse factory bolts if they're in good condition. If any bolts are stripped, rusted, or cracked, replace them with new ones rated for exhaust applications. Torque spec is in your vehicle service manual.

Should I use gasket sealer or RTV with this?

Aluminum gaskets work best dry — no additional sealant needed. Clean both the header flange and cylinder head surface with a wire brush before installation to ensure a tight seal.

Can I reuse my old gasket if it still looks okay?

Don't reuse it. Gaskets compress permanently during the first heat cycle and lose sealing ability. A new gasket costs far less than chasing an exhaust leak down the road.
