Stacked layers of striped ruffled straw braid rising into a little peak with short streamers of black, taupe and cream grosgrain protruding.

Set on a black net base with the standard petersham ribbon. I will include an elastic placement band which you can attach to the interior for security.

Inner circumference is 21 inches with a rise of approximately 6 inches.

Excellent condition showing no age or wear.
