Feather skirt with elastic waistband

Models Measurements:   Height 5'3, Bust 36 C, Waist 31", Bottom/Hips 47"

Moderate stretch in lining of skirt however the feathers are attached on rows of ribbon that don't have any stretch which therefore prevents skirt from having full stretch.  Kea was able to get in the medium in the white  but she opted to wear the large in black because it seemed even tighter across her hips in that color. bottom heavy ladies should size up especially in the black but ladies with a smaller bottom/hips can size as normal.

Keep In Mind
**Skirt does shed a lot.  This isn't the type of skirt you should purchase if you're OCD you will definitely loose feathers and depending on how you handle the skirt potentially a decent amount. If you try to fit in a skirt that isn't your size it definitly will shed even the more.  Skirt should be handled gently to prevent even more excessive shedding than the normal amount (which is a lot). Kea noticed she lost a lot of feathers while trying on the piece and shooting but because the skirt is full it wasn't very noticeable which she liked**
