Do I need to evacuate the system before installing this condenser?

Yes. Any time you open the AC system, refrigerant needs to be recovered by a certified technician with proper equipment. After installation, the system will need to be recharged to factory specifications.

Will this condenser work with my existing hoses and connections?

This condenser uses factory inlet and outlet ports. As long as your existing hoses are in good condition, they'll connect directly. If hoses show cracks or leaks, replace them at the same time to avoid system failure.

What if the condenser arrives damaged?

Contact us with photos of the damage before installation. We'll handle replacement or refund — just don't open the system until we've sorted it out, or you'll incur evacuation charges.
