These are the perfect dupe for a classic tailored pant - clean form and polished looks, but with far superior comfort. Most elastic pants are loose and flowy but these are not overly gathered, won't bunch at the waist or tummy and the fabric has good body and structure. The wide leg, high rise and sturdy waistband lend a sophistication, even when worn casually but they are ideal for work too. 

If you have worn the Katie Pants in the past, please note these are 4cm longer, a full length to suit boots, sneakers and heavier shoes this time of year.

As always, we have taken much care to finesse the design with a professional Patternmaker for the ultimate in flattering form and wearability. 

100% organic cotton to Oeko-Tex 100 standard. Medium weight with a tight weave and smooth untextured finish. It has good body/structure rather that being flowy and a magical ability not to get very crushed!

Cold handwash or gentle machine wash using mild phosphate-free detergent, inside a washbag. Low spin, do not leave in the machine, flick them out and hang by the waist band. No need to iron but a steamer or hot iron inside out if you wish.

SIZING & MEASUREMENTS

Average to generous fit, running true to size, consistent with our other designs, select your usual size. Please get in touch with any questions, we are always happy to help.

Model is average height, wearing size 12. To check your size, lay flat something similar you have at home and run the tape measure across it. These are dimensions of the garment, not the body.

Remember the waistband is elastic so there's some flexibility with sizing. It is very stretchy, not stiff at all. The waist measurement is of the pants as they are, not pulled open to their widest point.  

The hip measurement has been taken straight across from the base of the pockets to consider where most women are widest at their bottom and thighs.

The length measurement is taken the front of the pants so that you get a sense of where they finish on the legs. However the back of the pants are actually deeper to allow room for your bottom even though they appear to be equal in length once you have them on.
