This truly iconic 1960's Whiting & Davis silver mesh evening bag, is a true piece of fashion accessory history.

The wonderful silver toned metal frame is accented by a cut away trailing floral design, which sets off the central kiss lock clasp. The feature chain handle, in a silver toned metal chain completes the elegant and decorated central design of the bag. The external mesh of the bag joins the silver toned frame with small metal links creating wonderful texture as the gold mesh catches the light. This bag is fully lined in ivory coloured rayon, with a central compartment and a small side pocket with the original mirror.
