Description:
ACT Mod-Twin 225 Xtreme twin-disc clutch kits will provide aggressive launches and rapid shifting of high powered AWD's--by combining twice the ceramic friction surfaces with a no-nonsense solid mono-drive hub in a completely modular design. Each diaphragm spring endures an exclusive 4-stage heat treating process to provide a consistent light pedal feel. The puck-style friction plates with high-quality ceramic friction materials deliver high friction coefficient, superior heat capacity, and long clutch life. These friction plates uniformly transfer torque to a mono-drive chromoly hub which is heat-treated for strength and durability, extending input shaft life with one continuous spline. The lightweight, rigid design of these clutch kits allows for quicker shifts and lasting trouble-free service. Different styles and other options are available for vehicle fitment from 2003 and up.
