Solid black with gold flecks party dress. Blouson bodice, spaghetti straps, elastic waist and cord belt, full sheer skirt. Skirt is very sheer while the bodice is lined. There's a sheer shrug style jacket with butterfly sleeves that ties at the waist.

Labeled U.S.A. Lehigh. Fabric is 100% polyester but it has the feel of a rough nylon blend.
