Description - Super rare early Betsey Johnson design from the early 70s. It includes a top and matching pants.  The top secures with 2 hooks and eyes and then there are 3 bows that tie on top of that. The pants have an elastic waist and just pull on.  The pants have a flare leg. The fabric is a fuzzy terrycloth

Condition - There are numerous small stains as pictured. When I found this it had been hanging in a closet for many years and was unfortunately on a wire hanger that had rusted.  I attempted to remove the rust stains from the pants. They did lighten but they are still there. The fabric has some variance in the color. I don't know if it's supposed to be this way or not but if you look closely you can see it.  It's kind of throughout.  Also the top and the pants are a slightly different color.  One was probably washed more than the other over the years. Overall though I think this set still presents really well and maybe with more persistence you could get the stains out.
