Yes, the Aton 2 is equipped with alternate belt guides that allow safe installation without the base using the vehicle's lap/shoulder belt.You will want to ensure that the vehicle belt buckle and hardware do not interfere with the infant carrier as well as make sure that you only install with a locking vehicle lap/shoulder belt.
