The GT-S design sits slightly lower than stock to enhance the front profile. Verify clearance against your existing lower valance and undertray before final installation. Some trim or fitment adjustment may be necessary depending on your current setup.

Are there fog light cutouts pre-drilled in this bumper?

No. If your build requires fog light openings, you'll need to mark and cut those openings yourself based on your lighting kit's specifications. Work from the backside when possible to avoid chipping the visible surface.
