Vintage 1980s fit and flare mini dress. Solid black top with a black and white gingham pleated full skirt. Matching 33.5" belt. Scoop neck. Short sleeves with shoulder pads (easily removed). Skirt has an acetate lining with no stretch. Hits above the knee. Hidden back zipper closure. No material tags but the bodice feels like linen-cotton and the skirt feels like a cotton rayon blend.
