Description - Reversible cropped tie front blouse from the 70s. One side is navy blue with white polka dots and the other is red with white polka dots. The opposite fabric is on the collar and seen in the tie.

Content - feels like cotton or a cotton blend

Size - approximately a modern Medium-Large but please check all measurements to ensure fit

Shoulders - 13.75" across

Chest - 19.5" pit to pit across back - It could work for a bit smaller or larger though because of the tie

Length - 13"

Condition - There is a smudge on the red side that was hidden with it tied up on my model.
