Flat Iron steak has superb flavour if cooked fast and rare, before being thinly sliced. Flat Iron Steaks are finely marbled and lean and are perfect for grilling fast in a pan or on the BBQ. We recommend you cook the steaks rare or medium, before thinly slicing.
These steaks are cut from beef which has not been aged and the steaks are quick frozen immediately after they are cut by the butcher in order to minimise the development of histamine. They are packed and frozen within 3 days of slaughter. Each steak is packed in an individual pack. They are suitable if you are following a low histamine diet.
