A reversible scarf top with an attached scarf detail sewn into the neckline. Wear it with a high neck and flowing scarf back, or flip it for a scooped front with the scarf wrapped forward. Finished with an asymmetric hem and hand-sewn label on the sleeve. Made from ultra-soft, stretchy unbrushed viscose. Available in cream and black, red and mocha.
