CONSTRUCTION
The adapter plate and spacer are CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum. The thermostatic adapter plate and the spacer use a square profile O-ring for a perfect seal to the OEM oil filter location. The thermostatic adapter plate uses a 185F thermostat that allows oil temperatures to raise to operating range before diverting oil through the cooler. The adapter plate comes standard in black anodize.
