This mink stole is absolutely flawless; it's hard to find mink of this age in such excellent condition! This was made in the 1960s by I. J. Fox Boston, and is the most gorgeous honey shade, with natural rippling to the color, which highlights the fur's soft texture. I love the cape-like shape, with fitted shoulders, so that it stays in place and doesn't slip down the shoulders— there are also straps on the interior that you can place your arms through, almost as a "safety chain." The shawl collar also lends to the jacket-like look. This looks so elegant with anything from a formal dress, to a sweater and denim. Its interior is lined in a beautiful tonal Chinoiserie floral, with a monogram on the sleeve that reads "NDG." This will fit most sizes, as it drapes over the shoulders. Measures 17. 5" down the back, and 16. 5" from the collar/neck to where it hits on the arm.

Great vintage condition. There are some faint markings to the interior, which are not visible when it's worn.
