1970’s Kay Windsor fit and flare dress in blue. The dress is Deadstock with tag . It is a heavy knit / 69% polyester 31% acrylic . The bodice has diagonal pintuck pleats, long sleeves, a short stand up collar , cinched waist and tie belt. The skirt flares out . The condition is nice. Upon very close inspection the dress has a couple of very faint darker lines along the original folds of skirt ( very hard to see ) The dress was measured across and doubled , laid flat : 36" bust/ 28" waist/ 40" hips/ 22" sleeve4/ 15" across shoulders inside seams/ 16" shoulder to waist seam/40" length
