Yes. This is OEM equipment designed for direct connection to your Sorento's mirror control module and power windows circuit. You'll need to match the connector at installation — no splicing or rewiring required.

What hardware do I need to mount this?

Mounting hardware is not included with the assembly. You'll need the factory fasteners from your vehicle — they're reusable if your old mirror is being swapped. Have those on hand before you start.

Can I install this myself, or do I need a shop?

Basic hand tools and electrical connector knowledge get you there. Disconnect the battery first, unbolt the old mirror, unplug the electrical connector, reverse the steps with the new assembly. If you're comfortable with interior trim panels and wiring connectors, DIY is doable.
