Carbon fiber hoods are lighter than OEM steel, which can affect factory latch engagement and hood lift under acceleration. Hood pins secure the hood safely at both corners and are the standard installation for aftermarket carbon fiber hoods. Pins are sold separately and install with basic hand tools.

Will the dual ram air scoops fit my engine bay setup?

The scoops are molded into the hood design and direct air toward the engine compartment. Before installation, verify that your intake manifold, valve cover, or custom components won't interfere with the scoop openings. Measure the scoop opening area against your engine's tallest components to confirm clearance.
