Stretchy rayon panties/cheaters for beneath the mini skirt- these do have some weakness to the stretch, as indicated by measurements. Skirt has a sort of folded loop detail at each hip like an exaggerated "pocket", back metal zip and button. Top and skirt are flawless- as mentioned, the panties are a little less elastic than used to be.
Skirt and sun top are same waffled texture- the panties are not.
