These mount at factory rocker and bed mounting points — no drilling needed. Use the existing holes on your Dakota's bed frame.

Will these fit my Fleetside bed, or do I need the Styleside version?

Order the Fleetside option if your bed has the flat top rail; Styleside if your rails have the curved lip. Check your bed profile before ordering — they're not interchangeable.

What prep work do I need to do before installation?

Clean the mounting area of dirt and debris so the caps sit flush. If you're painting them, do it before installation — easier to finish off the truck.
