Will these fit if my bumper has sensor holes?

These markers mount at the factory side marker cavity—independent of any sensor cutouts in the bumper fascia. Your existing bumper structure doesn't need modification.

Do I need to remove the bumper to install these?

No. The marker lights access from behind the bumper fascia without removing the entire bumper. You'll have easier access if you remove the bumper, but it's not required.

Are the bulbs included?
