Lovely vintage 50s medium weight hand beaded taupe angora blend cardigan sweater.

Angora blend sweater is embellished with hand beaded floral sprays done with iridescent bronze and old gold color beads as pictured.

This beading is done on both sides of the front, the center back, and at the end of each sleeve.

The neckline, sleeve cuffs, both sides of the front and around the bottom are trimmed with brown satin as pictured.

Cropped length with bracelet length sleeves and 2-1/2" side seam slits.

Does up the center front with concealed metal hook and eyes as pictured.

The front and back are lined with lightweight silk, and the sleeves are unlined.

This angora blend sweater is very soft and not itchy or scratchy at all.

This sweater is "full-fashioned" meaning it was knit into shape, rather than being cut and sewn from a flat piece of knit fabric.
