Will this kit work with my current bumper, or do I need to remove the OEM one?

This is a complete body kit, so it replaces your factory panels. You'll need to remove the OEM parts and transfer or adapt any sensors or wiring that may be integrated into them. Check your vehicle's electrical layout before disassembly.

How many fasteners or clips come with the kit?
