Vintage 1920s sheer flapper dress with a lovely blue floral print.  Drop waist, pleated skirt and open bodice meant to accommodate a dickie or under blouse.

Condition

Fair to good, with some light staining throughout (see images).  The most notable issue is that the front bodice is fully open, with large button holes at either side, meant to accommodate a dickie insert.  It could be worn with an under blouse.  Lastly there is a medium hole at the side of the skirt near the hem that has since been patched (see image).  Priced for flaws.
