80s vintage black velvet wiggle cocktail dress featuring a boned strapless bodice with big statement white and black polka dot front bow and a double layer polka dot hemline frill with tapered back bustle. Fully lined with a back zip fastening. There is a split (with some fraying) to the left side seam at the hemline which is concealed by the polka dot trim.
