A: Each Gua Sha has two sides—one for the face and a smaller side for the eye area. On completely clean skin, gently glide the tool over your skin for at least 5-10 minutes. No need to apply pressure; let the Gua Sha move effortlessly over your skin.

How to do facial gua sha (basic steps)

1. Apply oil/serum (never dry skin)
2. Hold tool at a low angle (about 15°)
3. Use light–medium pressure
4. Stroke outward and upward
5. Repeat each stroke 5–10 times
6. Finish by sweeping down neck (drainage)
