Made using fully ripened ume plums from Tanba, Kyoto, and Japanese-grown yuzu fruit, the fully riped plums produce a rich, tropical, fruity aroma that pairs perfectly with the refreshing tanginess of Japanese yuzu. Mix it into club soda in the summer or hot water in the winter. You can also use it as a syrup for yogurt, toast, oatmeal, and pancakes.

Best before: 15 months from the date of manufacture (Store in the refridgerator after opening)
