Crazy gorgeous chartreuse bias cut dress by the iconic brand Roseweb New York. This is an amazingly flattering dress in a great larger size. I absolutely love the sailor style bow tie collar and cute little green buttons to match the dress. Cut on the bias on the skirt for a beautiful flare and sweep. The movement of this piece is just wonderful. Original Side metal zip slides up and down beautifully. If I didn't have too many 1940s dresses this would be a keeper for me!
