This skirt by Twinset has great shape and movement, with a bias-cut wrapped look and a handkerchief hem. Made in Italy circa late 90s/early 2000s. The black lace on the hem is gorgeous, and it emphasizes the handkerchief shape. The fabric is a lightweight chiffon, with a half-lining. The waist is elastic, so it can be worn higher on waist or on the hips, depending on your measurements. Made in Italy; 100% silk with viscose lining.
