Misses' pullover dress or top, pants, scarf, and hat:

The top-stitched dress or top with front seam interest has collar, flared skirt stitched to bodice above normal waistline and above elbow length set-in sleeves with turn back cuffs. The dress has patch pockets. The top-stitched pants have back zipper and elastic waistline casing. The hat with crown stitched brim has top-stitching trim. A rectangular scarf is worn with the above separates.

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in very good vintage condition.
