Do I need to drill into my bumper or frame to install this?

No. This bracket uses the factory mounting points on your TLX, so no drilling or body modification is needed. It bolts on at the same locations the factory bracket would use.

What hardware do I need to mount the plate itself?

The bracket arrives ready to accept a standard license plate. You'll need your own fasteners to secure the plate to the bracket — hardware is not included with the bracket.

Can I paint this black bracket if I want a different color?

Yes. It's hard panel material that takes paint well. Light scuff with 220-grit and a standard automotive primer and topcoat will work fine if you're matching a custom bumper finish.
