Directions:

As part of a normal diet, take 1–2 sachets per day.

For better solubility, pour your preferred drink into a cup first, then add the powder. Mix one sachet 2.5 g with approximately 100 ml of water, milk, soy milk, juice, or any beverage of your choice. Stir well with a spoon or stirrer.

For an even smoother and tastier drink, shake well using a shaker. A wide-mouth plastic bottle may also be used if you do not have a shaker. Make sure the cap is securely closed before shaking. Do not use with boiling water, as the contents may overflow.
