Description - Cute and modest 2 piece bathing suit from the 70s that includes a mini dress top and bloomer bottoms. The top zips up the back and buttons at the shoulders. It has an attached bra that is somewhat structured but is made from soft lace that is not stiff.  The bottoms are pull on with elastic in the waist and leg holes. I think this could totally be worn as a dress. I personally love wearing pieces like this to outdoor music festivals because the fabric dries quickly.
