Original vintage 1970s polka dot tulle maxi dress by Frank Usher.

This is a breathtakingly beautiful design inspired by the 1930s and so delicate in cut. 

The bodice of the dress is made of sheer polka dot tulle with appliqued leaf design over the bust with a cutaway neckline. Fine straps hold the dress on the shoulders and lead to the waist at the back where the bodices leaves around the waist. The high waist is finished with a velvet ribbon and the full pleated maxi skirt falls from the waist. Trimmed at the hem with matching black velvet. 
Lined with tulle and polyester through the skirt. 

Just style the dress with a pair of shoes, nothing more is needed.
