This amazing swimwear pattern offers a variety of styles and options, whether you prefer more coverage or less. Choose from a classic bikini with high or low waisted bottoms, or a swimsuit version - with optional ruffles for each! Tilly takes the scary out of sewing swimwear with her clear and easy-to-follow instructions.

Created in collaboration with designer Evie la Lùve, you can add a bit of style with a scoop neckline, finished with narrow binding and straps, plus ruffles for the leg and neckline. It's fully lined, with an optional shelf bra and cups too! The swimsuit version also comes with a choice of high or low back. So versatile!

Fabric Suggestions

Main fabric: Four-way stretch knit swimwear fabric with at least 50% stretch in both directions. Look for a mix of nylon or polyester with elastane (AKA Lycra/Spandex).  

Lining: Swimwear lining, stretch mesh or more of your main fabric, with at least 50% stretch in both directions. 

You will also need rubber swimwear elastic and foam bikini cups (if using). You should use a sharp, new stretch machine needle and polyester thread for the best performance from your sewing machine.
