Initially featuring a 41mm case and an ETA movement, the Black Bay gained recognition for its distinctive "snowflake" hands, a nod to Tudor’s watches issued to the French Navy. Over time, the line expanded, introducing in-house calibres, smaller case options, and various models, including the Black Bay GMT and Fifty-Eight.

Crafted from stainless steel and boasting a unidirectional rotatable bezel in steel with 60-minute graduated disc in matt blue anodised aluminium and silver gilded markings and numerals, this watch certainly looks the part. Its all-blue colourway is very distinctive and paired with the “soft touch” strap it is very comfortable on the wrist. The domed blue dial is encapsulated underneath a sapphire crystal which is in mint condition.
