All VanOs products have a 10 year parts only manufacturers guarantee (provided that the product is serviced / reconditioned according to instructions). All VanOs products have a 10 year warranty on frame breakage (first user). Parts for reconditioning and after sales are guaranteed 10 years after delivery of the product.

• Please make sure your selected products are suitable for your needs as this product incurs return shipping charges and 50% restocking fee unless your product arrives damaged or is faulty.
• Any damaged or faulty goods must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Any claims made outside of this period may not be accepted.
• Bespoke items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
