The perfect 1970s velvet skirt !  In a beautiful royal blue tone. This skirt is the perfect way to add a bit of glamour to the every day. It's a high rise skirt with pockets and a slit at the front. Fully lined! It can be dressed up or down. 

Colours:  Royal blue. It looks dark blue in photos, but velvet is difficult to photograph. It has been brightened to show it's true colour in one of the photos.
