A vintage late 1960's sapphire and diamond cluster ring. The circular cluster setting comprises a round cut blue sapphire framed by a surround of small eighth cut diamonds each individually mounted in a tapered setting in pierced formation atop a scalloped border, extending to a 1.5mm wide band.

The ring is made of a beautifully rich 18ct yellow gold with the pierced gallery of diamonds set in contrasting white gold.
