Do I need fasteners to install this bracket?

Hardware is not included with this bracket. You'll need standard automotive fasteners to secure it to the frame—check your factory service manual or consult your installation reference for the correct size and torque specs.

Will this work as a left-side replacement too?

This is specifically the right-side bracket. Left and right are not interchangeable—mirror geometry is different. Order the left-side bracket separately if you need both corners covered.
