Heartburn is caused when stomach acid flows back into the esophagus, often due to overeating. Stomach pain can occur when excessive stomach acid irritates the stomach lining, often triggered by stress.

Gastol combines fast-acting antacids (sodium bicarbonate) with a long-lasting antacid (magnesium aluminosilicate), which effectively neutralize excess stomach acid. In addition, M1 blocker (Pirenzepine hydrochloride) works to reduce the secretion of excess acid, relieving heartburn and stomach pain, while protecting the stomach lining. Digestive enzymes help lighten the burden on your stomach after eating.

Indications:

• Stomach pain, heartburn, excessive stomach acid, bloating, burping

• Indigestion, feeling of fullness, abdominal discomfort, bloating

• Nausea (including nausea due to stomach upset, hangovers, or motion sickness), vomiting, overeating, indigestion, or bloating due to indigestion

• Poor appetite, digestive problems, and bloating

Dosage:

• Take 3 tablets after each meal, three times a day, with water or lukewarm water.
  (Recommended dosage per age group:
  Adults (15 years and older): 3 tablets per dose
  Children under 15 years: Do not use)

Precautions:

• Do not take if:

  • You have had an allergic reaction to this product or its ingredients.

  • You are pregnant or suspect you may be pregnant.

  • You are undergoing dialysis treatment.

• Do not take this medicine with:

  • Gastrointestinal pain relievers, antispasmodics, or motion sickness medications.

• After taking, avoid driving or operating machinery
  (You may experience blurry vision, abnormal glare, or other symptoms.)

• Do not use long-term without consulting a doctor.

Consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking if:

• You are under medical treatment.

• You are breastfeeding.

• You are elderly.

• You have a history of allergies to medications.

• You have the following symptoms: difficulty urinating.

• You have been diagnosed with glaucoma or kidney disease.

If you experience any of the following side effects, stop using and consult a doctor or pharmacist immediately:

• Skin: Rash, redness, itching

• Digestive system: Nausea, bloating

• Circulatory system: Palpitations

• Urinary system: Difficulty urinating

• Other: Blurry vision

In rare cases, serious symptoms may occur. If you experience any of the following, seek medical attention immediately:

• Anaphylaxis-like symptoms: Itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat irritation, difficulty breathing shortly after taking the medicine.

• Agranulocytosis: Sudden high fever, chills, sore throat, etc.

If you notice any of the following symptoms, or if the symptoms worsen, stop using the product and consult a doctor or pharmacist:

• Dry mouth, constipation, diarrhea

• If symptoms do not improve after taking the medicine for about two weeks, stop and consult with a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson.

Storage and Handling Instructions:

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Ensure the bottle is tightly closed.

• Keep out of reach of children.

• Do not transfer to another container (this may cause misuse or change the quality of the product).

• The packing inside the bottle is designed to prevent the tablets from breaking during transportation. Remove it once the bottle is opened.

• Do not use after the expiration date.
